Booking policy
Crédit card détails are required to confirm any reservation. This process is a mutual garanty between the customer and thé hotel, and supervised by our bank CIC to allow online or distance payment of déposit or cancelation fees
Availability of rooms, suite, studio and appartment
Rooms are available from 16h30 and check out time is 10h.
Studio and appartment are rented with minimum stay of 3 to 4 nights on certain period. The daily rate incluses laundry, water and electricity, beds made on the arrival day, but no daily cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
During high season ( 1st july to 31st of Agust, scholl holidays, week-ends of holidays included)
Déposit of 50% required at the booking.
Free cancelation until 14 days before arrival date (except non refundable bookings), 50% déposit will be charged if the cancelation is made less than 14 days before arrival date. Cancelation made less tha 7 days before arrival date, the total amount of the stay will be charged. In case of early departure, the stay will not be reimbursed.
Outside the high season
Free cancelation until 48h before arrival date (except non refundable bookings), the total amount is charged when cancellation is made less than 48h before arrival date. In case of early departure, the hotel must ne advised at least 48h before the new wished departure. If not, the total amount of thé stay will be charged.
